Prepare Your Home

First, let go of your home emotionally. This will make the rest of the process much easier. A little preparation can go a long way. Rearrange or organize your rooms layouts to add more space. Get rid of clutter. Power wash the exterior of your home, curb appeal is your first impression. Paint if needed and make sure the lighting is good. Make sure all surfaces are clean and light some candles. These are a few simple items that can go a long way in helping you sell your home. Then, let us help you determine which pre-sale inspections are necessary. Often they can keep “surprises” at a minimum. Also, make any necessary repairs so that buyers don’t have to add that to their list of expenses. We can help you more with this process to get the most from your house.

LISTING

Once you prepare your house we will work together to analyze the market, compare other homes in the area, and review your house's specifications and features to determine a fair price. We will then list your home and open it for potential buyers to come and look at your home. 

 

NEGOTIATE OFFERS

When the right buyer finds your house they will submit their offer. Together we can review and discuss these offers. If needed, we can reply with a counter offer but don't worry, I will be there to help walk you through every option and we only move forward with what you're comfortable with. Once you and the potential buyer agree on an offer, we can take the next step toward closing.

Closing

Once you accept you offer we begin the closing process to transfer the funds and complete all the paperwork. I will help you through the whole process scheduling items and making sure everything is continuing smoothly. I will be able to offer advice and suggestions through the process to make selling your home and enjoyable experience.
